Kira Systems seeking Customer Success Manager in London

 

Serious enterprise software firm Kira Systems are recruiting a Customer Success Manager to be based in London with the company stating that the preferred candidate will have a law degree with legal practice experience. Kira Systems – a ‘graduate company’ from Legal Geek’s start-up map –  is based in Toronto and equips enterprises with intuitive, easy-to-use software tools for uncovering relevant information from contracts and related documents in any form. The company’s clientele include some of the world’s largest corporations, law firms, and professional service firms.

The role of a Customer Success Manager is focused on helping Kira Systems’ clients get the most out of their Kira subscription through understanding the customers’ goals and taking a consultative approach to achieving them. The key objectives for the successful candidate will be to maintain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, ensure renewal from clients, and expand adoption within existing accounts. The role will involve providing on-boarding and training for clients as well as building relationships with customers to ensure they are aware of all the resources Kira has to offer.

Liaising with sales, marketing, support, operations and the product team and acting as the voice of customers internally at Kira in those exchanges is also a major part of the role. Necessary requirements include a 4-year college degree in a relevant field or equivalent whilst a law degree (LPC, J.D. or LLM) and legal experience are “strongly preferred”.

Other preferred traits include experience in customer success, sales or account management in an enterprise software company, strong experience working with corporate legal departments and/or law firm and strong communication, listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
