Wow, we launched Legal Geek by accident when Jimmy Vestbirk was looking for a new business opportunity and his market research has turned into the largest legal startup community in the world, with over 5,000 active members. Over the last year alone we have:
- Travelled to 5 countries on our Road Trip and interviewed over 50 legal startups in Betty, our vintage VW camper van
- Organised the Online Courts Hackathon with Richard Susskind, HMCTS and SCL with over 200 attendees
- Helped several legal charities with free websites and advice through our Law for Good initiative
- Organised several meetups to increase diversity including Women in LawTech and Lawyers of the Future
- Helped the Conveyancing Regulator understand and predict future regulation
- Relaunched our legal tech landscape map
- Launched our Legal Geek of the Week feature
